Description of the home
Double-size bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and good storage space. The room shares the upstairs bathroom and separate toilet with one other housemate. The bathroom is only shared between two people, as the master bedroom has its own ensuite.
The downstairs living area is air-conditioned, and the home has NBN internet (100/40 unlimited) & utilities included in the rent.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, generous fridge and pantry space. Internal laundry with washing machine provided and plenty of outdoor drying rack space.
There’s a small backyard area to unwind in the afternoons, and additional storage available in the garage.
On-street parking is available, with visitor parking inside the complex on a first-come, first-served basis.
The room is currently unfurnished.

Having friends over occasionally is completely fine, but overall the house is kept quiet and tidy. Shared areas are cleaned regularly, and everyone is expected to contribute to maintaining a comfortable living environment.
Outside of work, we keep fairly active. One housemate enjoys archery and DIY projects around the home, while the other spends time at the gym and on the golf course. The atmosphere is relaxed and independent, with everyone generally doing their own thing while being friendly and considerate.
There are also three indoor cats in the home. They’re well looked after, and litter boxes are kept in the laundry and garage areas.
Ideally, we’re looking for another working professional who is easy-going, respectful, and appreciates a clean, quiet place to come home to.
