All rooms have built in closets. Master and Bedroom 2 have aircon.

Couples welcome to apply for Master bedroom with ensuite for $350. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are suited to singular persons for $250.
I will take the master or bedroom 2 based on what rooms are rented out.

The home is fully furnished in common areas and includes dishwasher, washing machine, aircon etc. Internet included in rent.

The house does have solar, so I would like to maximise the solar potential during the day to help manage the cost of bills eg. Run dishwasher during the day.

Shops, gyms, parks and waterfront are roughly a 5 min drive. There is a pool within the complex.

Bills and expenses

Internet included in rent.

Water, electricity, gas split between housemates. If you consistently use the aircon you will be required to pay a larger share than those who don’t (eg the room without aircon installed). Bills will vary based on usage. The house has solar so I would like to maximise this by doing washing or running dishwasher during the day etc.
