About occupants
We are 3 housemates (2 guys & 1 girl) in their 20s & 30s with lots of international experience, mainly European heritage, and settled here for now. We are looking to share our home with someone who really enjoys how good life is in this part of the world much like us!

2 live downstairs nearer the garden, with you and 1 lovely other off the shared living space upstairs. All supported by an East facing front garden with its own veranda, a large Western deck, another garden patio, tree-covered garden seating, + big under-house areas for storage, laundry, & works/craft.

We are a mix of arts and practical, with a range of interests & work that makes a mood board show: the digital side of A-list film post-production, classical music & professional acting, psychology, philosophy, dancing, teaching, support work, gardening, writing, movement and energy exercising, river-side running and swimming, cooking, comedy, making stuff + crafts + furniture, and outdoor adventures.

Lifestyle, Environment & Rules: The key for us is being mindful. We enjoy our communal living area as a tv-free zone and our media/music systems relatively unintrusive, & manage our food independently. We maintain a clean & beautiful scene with no need for cleaning rosters or such formalities, as we each take pride & care and organically do what needs to be done, can communicate our needs, whilst not minding the odd spiderweb here & there. We welcome similar spirited voluntary people.

On the other side where things get stricter, our fortnightly rent & bills paid on time is a non-negotiable. We've cultivated healthy relations with all our immediate neighbours, and the local home-owner community & our nearby landlord, and have earned respect as renters & caretakers of the property. Likewise we are not interested in sharing our space with daily/regular illegal drug users ~ including the smoking of the leafy greens.. for the smoke stink'eth greatly, and our neighbours have kids!
Compatible people
You: We’re seeking a tidy and sociable housemate who is courteous & can communicate well, is good humoured, open minded - and or perhaps - hopefully doesn't get too life & death about any particular news cycle!

Would suit someone who:
Enjoys being efficacious in their personal administration.
Is comfortable mixing with a range of ages.
Likes the architecture & prefers open space, garden & greenery to mod-con apartments
+ is happy with old fashioned Queenslander air conditioning (pre-modern magic).
Studies or works in the day out & about at least half the time. 1 sometimes 2 of us often work from home at present and this may keep things fresher.
Has a relatively Sunshine oriented night/day circadian rhythm.

If this glass slipper fits, and you are keen on what you've seen, send us a bit about yourself and why it clicks, we'd love to meet you.
