Description of the home

Your room:
• You get two rooms to yourself, one with a brand new AC and the other with a fan, both with built-ins
• Once we get a new bathroom built you will get the main bathroom to yourself (As of right now you are only sharing it with one housemate as I have my own)

The house:
• No stairs, is accessible, and all ground floor, sort of a step into entrances
• AC and fan in communal space
• Two fridges so tons of food space
• Coop in the works, fresh eggs
• Full privacy fenced backyard
• Pretty quiet, not on main road, neighbours are friendly
• Big smart TV with a ton of streaming services
• Fast washing machine, dryer, and clothes line
• Kitchen has all basic appliances and special ones like a slow cooker, sandwhich press
• large lime tree, and garden in the works

The location:
• Location is Eagleby
• There is nearby op-shops, gym, multiple cheaper grocery shops to save money, regular shops if you want a specific brand
• Train station to Brisbane/Gold Coast is nearby but not too close you can hear it
• Lots of forest parks around us
