This apartment is one of six in a small, quiet apartment block, located in East Brisbane, just next to Kangaroo Point, and takes about 15 mins to access the riverwalk.

Situated close to Lytton Road means easy access to buses, plus the ferry at Mowbray Park (may fave way to travel when possible).

The ferry from Mowbray Park stops at Howard Smiths Wharves, Riverside, South Bank and QUT.

There are plenty of dining options at the end of the street - La Bodega Taqueria and Ollie's Italian, as well as Sushi and Vietnamese.

Just a two minute walk will take you to the IGA, BWS, a chemists, a couple of cafes, and the Post Office.

I'm originally from the UK and have been here 16 years now.

I have my own business, and spend a lot of time also working from home.

I am a big animal lover! I enjoy going for walks, yoga, catching up with friends for a coffee or the cinema, personal development, and chilled evenings on the couch with a good series to binge.

I occasionally fulfil my Aunty duties by having my friend's daughter stay over, so things may get a bit loud and messy every now-and-then! :)

Overall, whilst I consider myself still very young at heart, I've become to enjoy the quieter life and I've swapped my dancing shoes for early nights and house plants (although I can enjoy a cheeky tipple when an occasion arises).

I value peace and tidiness, and I enjoy being social, however I may also need to retreat and recharge at times.

Of course it would be nice to share some common interests, but overall just someone respectful & friendly.

Ideally I would like someone who doesn't eat meat (or at the very least only eats in moderation), and someone who is chill and not partying every weekend.

My home is orderly and clean and whilst I'm happy to keep on top of the maintenance, I would like someone considerate of replenishing any shared items and wiping up after themselves.

I do also use the room to host friends and family occasionally, therefore sharing would be suited to someone who looking for short term only.
