Hello future flatmate!
This is a peaceful, quiet, clean and friendly post war home. It has lovely polished wood floors, casement windows & you can see trees from all windows. It is close to everything:
- Ipswich town centre (1.6km), Ipswich Hospital (2.9km)
- walking distance to local corner shops bakery, fish n chips bottle-o (under 5mins)
- walking distance to train (2mins drive) & bus
Your room is large, can fit a King bed, 2x bedsides, dresser, TV cabinet, has 2 sets of windows, a/c & ceiling fan. Can assist with furniture if needed.
The house has ceiling fans & a/c in bedrooms & lounge, with a shared bathroom. Rent includes unlimited internet but water & power are separate.
I am sociable but respect peoples space, love cooking, healthy food & the house is full of plants. I do most of my socializing outside of the home & would prefer similar.
Looking for a happy, clean, financially stable & chilled person to co-habitate with. Would prefer a non smoker male or female person 25- 50yrs.
