Good home close to facility’s such as shops, train bus schools all close by it’s a 4 bedroom house the room up for rent is ensuited access direct to back yard and outdoor patio which is quite large I’ve got bbqs a spa and deck being built washing machine dryer large tv and a tv for outside haven’t put up yet full driveway to park on carport is being erected in march welcome to park under that shed is off limits that’s all mine and carport off the house is currently mine.

Me and giggles (Jason) live here now we are both fifo workers he is 3:1 roster and I’m 2:2 ill supply all clean ring supplies etc as long as everything of mine is respected I’m happy to share all rooms are quite a distance apart allows for good privacy I don’t want any alcoholics or drug users I don’t mind a drink every now and then but living with a drunk is horrendous I don’t want that again.

I’m 32 single male giggles is 45 single male open to male females what ever house is also under upgrades in the new year, I got a decent yard big patio massive driveway too offer coldasak neighbour hood friends with all the neighbours and we socialise a lot BBQs drinks on a weekend what ever soneone around the same age as us would be great and if you got a dog feel free to bring it

Internet we don’t have as we are not here much welcome to setup yourself
Water 350 a quarter
All bills to be split evenly and fairly
