Rent is collected every week. Two-week bond is required at the start of the rent. Preferably not a couple.

Location :
The property is located right next to the Eight Miles Plains shopping complex where Bellas Fruit Shop is. Walk to IGA, coffee shop, pizza shop, post office, asian grocery, and famous korean fry chicken shop etc. in the complex. KFC and Starbucks are also within walking distance. Sunnybank is only 5 minute driving distance. Woolworths is also 5 mins driving distance.
Easily get to the M3 motorway and Gold Coast freeway. The bus stop is right outside the complex. With new 50 cents bus ride, it’s quickest (20 min) and cheapest way to get to city!

location! location! location! This apartment is very convenient, easy access to everything! Plus with recent QLD government 50c public transport ride, it is probably the cheapest and fastest way to travel to city right now!! I have timed my travel time to city, it is less than 20 minutes to get to city during morning traffic!! Two bus stops to Garden city shopping centre/bus exchange, so you can get to anywhere for 50 Cents!
