Great location! Very close to the pacific and gateway motorway. Eight Mile Plains bus station is a 5 min drive or 20 min walk. Westfield Mount Gravatt is just up the road where you can catch a bus to the city. Gyms all around and heaps of uber eats options.
Street and off street parking pending availability. Can accommodate for a motorbike to go in the garage.
