Spacious three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in Enoggera, just a 2 minute walk to the train station, making commuting into the city quick and easy.
I take possession of the property on 3 July and will be fully furnishing all shared living areas, so you’ll only need to furnish your bedroom unless you have furniture you would like to use in the shared spaces.
You’ll be sharing with just one other person – me. I’m a full-time HR professional who works from home a couple of days a week. I’ll occupy the master bedroom with ensuite, while the third bedroom will be used as my home office.
Downstairs features a modern open-plan layout with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is also a separate laundry, additional downstairs powder room, and a large covered outdoor patio that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

This home would suit someone who is friendly and happy to have a chat from time to time, while also respecting each other's privacy and independence. It's important that you're comfortable around dogs, as Ollie, my gentle 10-year-old Boxer, is a much-loved part of the household.
I'm looking for someone who treats a house as a home rather than a party house. Occasional visitors and partners are absolutely fine, however I'm seeking a single occupant who is mindful of others and contributes to maintaining a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
If you're looking for a quiet, well-kept home with mature, respectful housemates, we'd likely be a great fit.
Ollie is fully house-trained, doesn't jump on guests and isn't a barker. He's well past his puppy years and is happiest enjoying a leisurely walk, a pat from a friendly human and a comfortable place to nap. Most people who meet him fall in love with him very quickly.
Any potential housemate will need to be comfortable around dogs, but in reality you'll probably find Ollie to be one of the easiest and most lovable housemates you'll ever have.
