Hi! I'm renting out a separate area of my house which includes a large bedroom with study nook and media room. The two rooms are connected and air-conditioned.
The media room is fully furnished with a 55" smart TV on the wall and sofa bed etc as pictured. The bedroom is fully furnished also including a queen size bed, study desk etc.
Other features include own bathroom, shared laundry with own fridge, kitchen, pool, spa, outdoor entertaining deck with BBQ, garden and vege patch. There is plenty of street parking also.
Internet, electricity, gas and water included :)
My son and I are easy going and friendly and looking for someone like minded to share our lovely home with 🙂
