Description of the home
The apartment is very spacious and has great natural light and airflow.
The room shares a bathroom with one other housemate.
Front balcony is great for morning sun or afternoon breezes. We currently have fairy lights up, which are great for an afternoon dinner or drinks for us or if you want to invite others around.
Rear balcony connects bedroom 1 and 2 and is used mainly for cloths drying etc.
Laundry with washing machine, kitchen with microwave and dish washer.
Rent incl. Water. Elec and internet on top.
Ducted air conditioning to all bedrooms and living room.
Great open plan kitchen and living.
Have internet/wifi. Pool in apartment complex is nice.
Fairfield Gardens shopping center with Gym, coles, Aldi and more is 100m away. Train startion is also 100m walk away: 6 min to Southbank or 12min to Central station.
The surrounding apartments are friendly, with newly made friends of ours living 2 doors down and across the hall.

Enjoy beach and hiking trips, as well as water skiing.
Enjoy a social home: so we chat when we are around the house, do mexican dinner together usually once a week and are happy to plan other meals activities together. Also understand that we all need our space some times.
Have some friends around for dinner and what not about 1-2 times a fortnight.
We exercise regularly, the gym is 100m away at fairfield gardens shopping center, and also go running some afternoons by the corso.
Also enjoy playing acoustic guitar, watching basketball, boardgames, frisbee, switch or PS4 and also chilling out for a TV show or movie.
