Upstairs studio is spacious, fully equipped and ideal for a couple with his and hers sinks and separate shower and bathtub. Shared entrance through house. Downstairs has a laundry (shared with downstairs tenants).
Outside we have a 5 year old German shepherd who is a teddy bear with everyone he meets and makes for a great guard dog in the backyard. He will appreciate any pats and balls you throw him.
