Hi everyone,
We are a 25 year old female and 28 year old male couple and 2 year old Labradoodle looking for a housemate in our 3 bedroom rental at Fig Tree Pocket. We are both easy going, clean and quiet individuals who enjoy cooking, family time, exercising, watching footy, playing netball and golf and relaxing. We both work full time, Larissa as a physio in healthcare and Brodie as a construction supervisor. We are looking for someone to move into the main bedroom (unfurnished - note: blackout curtains have replaced the white curtains pictured) with an ensuite who is easy going, clean and respectful of our space. It would also be crucial that you love animals.
Our future housemate would ideally be a (23-35 year old) working professional or someone who has good employment or is studying and also has part time employment, is a non-smoker, does not party all the time and is busy in their own time with their commitments; however is friendly and occasionally up for a chat or dinner together. Unfortunately we would not be able to have anyone who owns pets as we already have a dog.
We are flexible on move in dates and would be happy for anyone to come and look at the place once chatting with you to get to know if you’d be the right fit ☺️
