The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a shared office. We have a big backyard and a 2 car garage. New air conditioner, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer installed.

Helica is studying podiatry full-time while working part-time. In her spare time, she enjoys going for runs around the lake and catching up with friends.
Ciara works full-time in the construction industry while studying part-time, so between the two of us, life is definitely busy!
We’re both easy going, respectful, and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. During the week, we appreciate a quiet evening and an early night, while weekends are usually spent catching up with friends and family. We’re always up for a chat and love sharing a home-cooked dinner and a glass of wine, but we also value each other’s personal space and downtime.
