Home Description
Description of the home
The unit is on Bowen Terrace, with views across to the Story Bridge. It is close to Howard Smith Wharves, James Street, New Farm Park, Gasworks, New Farm Cinemas, the River Walk, cafes, restaurants, public transport and the CBD.
The unit has a calm, clean and settled feel. The shared areas are looked after and easy to enjoy.
My current flatmate is moving in with her partner, so the room is becoming available.
The complex has a pool, heated jacuzzi, sauna, gym, BBQ area and overnight onsite security.
Costs:
Rent is $410 per week
Internet is $51.50 per month
Utilities are usually around $90 per month. This includes gas, hot water and electricity
Streaming services are included, as I cover these
Secure Parking: I use the allocated car space for the unit, but car spaces do become available to rent in the complex. They are usually around $50 to $60 per week. I do have parking exemption for the surrounding streets which can be used in the interim.

I work full-time for the Government and mainly work from the office, with the occasional day working from home. I have lived at Petrie Point Apartments since 2018, so I know the complex and area well.
I’m friendly, considerate and easy to live with. I like the home to feel clean, relaxed and comfortable, but still lived in.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, music, cycling, photography and exploring Brisbane. I love good food, so the kitchen gets used properly, and I am always happy to share a meal now and then if it feels natural.
I enjoy a good chat or laugh, but I also value quiet time and respect people’s privacy. There is no pressure to socialise all the time.
For me, a good housemate setup is simple: shared areas are looked after, bills are paid on time, communication is easy, and the home feels good to come back to.
If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to message me and tell me a little about yourself, your work or routine, and what you are looking for.
