Brunswick st train station directly behind so 1 min walk into underground station, above station you have a woolworths, food court and other shops.
Front of building has key fob door and has bus stops directly out front.
Convenience store 2 meters away
The property does have 1 large undercover parking spot available which would be $100 extra.
Small complex of only 8 units
We will provide all furnishings and aim to provide a stylish comfortable shared apartment.
Rooms are charged at a single occupant rate and so max 3 people in live and reside in the apartment.
All rooms will have a secure key lock door for your privacy and security, shared bathroom lockable and private.
