This is a new building that's resort-like, with tons of amenities. There's a well-equipped gym, multiple pools, and a cinema room. There also multiple function spaces that you can privately reserve. You'd have your own bathroom and parking space in the building if you need it and there's tons of light as you can see in the photos. The building is also located close to Fortitude Valley station and there are heaps of bus routes around so travel is pretty convenient. It's around 15 minutes by public transport to the city or 25 walking. Also around 15 minutes to QUT Kelvin Grove, or 30-40 to UQ St Lucia.

Hi!! I've moved to Brisbane from Sydney to study dentistry at UQ and am gonna move into this apartment at the end of june-start of july. Right now i'm living in student accommodation so I'm familiar with living with flatmates. I'm pretty easy-going and always respectful of shared space. I'd love to get to know you and make a friend out of this, being that I'm new to the city but can also understand if you'd prefer privacy.
