Hello! I have a furnished queen-size bedroom available in my apartment for a short-term stay from 13 November to 16 December 2026, with the option of a longer-term stay of at least six months commencing 19 January 2027.
The apartment is ideally located between Fortitude Valley, New Farm and Newstead, making it easy to enjoy the best of Brisbane’s inner-city lifestyle.
The location is hard to beat:
- 2-minute walk to James Street’s cafés, restaurants, boutiques and shops
- 2-minute walk to nearby bus stops
- 8-minute walk to Howard Smith Wharves and the Brisbane River
- 10-minute walk to Fortitude Valley train station and Woolworths
- 20-minute walk to the CBD
It’s a great location for anyone who enjoys having cafés, restaurants, shopping, public transport and beautiful riverside walks right on their doorstep.

For me, home is a place to relax, unwind and recharge, and I enjoy creating a warm, welcoming and harmonious living environment. I’m respectful, easygoing and considerate, and I value a home where everyone feels comfortable, has their own space, and enjoys a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes’ walk from James Street and around an 8-minute walk to Howard Smith Wharves and the river. It’s an ideal spot for anyone new to Brisbane who would love to explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer.
