The spare bedroom has everything including sheets and blankets so you really only need to bring your personal belongings. No extra furniture please. I use one of the 2 cupboards for my travelling gear for now.

Large recently renovated apartment in an older style building, 2 showers, fully furnished, close to everything, mixed-use building, private. There is an off-street car park however I will need to use it from time to time. Bus on corner, train 10-15min walk, ferry 20min walk.

Pubs, resturants, cafes, nightlife, China Town, James Street, cinema, gyms, shops, and all services are in the vacinity. Easy walk to city centre and the bridge.

Have everything required for cooking, juicing, eating utensils, etc. No need to bring anything. Fast Wifi available.

Surfboard, body board, drone, skateboard, small gym, snorkelling gear, and many other things are available as well.

About the occupants
Hi and I recently quit working after 28 years to take a break. Train martial arts several times a week and like to be very active and happy. Love adventure travel, scuba diving, ocean, hiking, weekends away and will try anything fun and energetic.

Travelled heaps and try and travel as much as I can. Mainly for long distance mountain / forest hikes; trekking endangered animals; and scuba diving.

Prefer healthy cooking together as much as possible. Like a red wine and love resturants. Chill days are great too.

Not noisy, clean, helpful, energtic, good vibes, trusting, reliable, friendly, respectful, chill, adventures, etc. Not much into partying. Must care for the apartment if I am away travelling. Help in cleaning and maintaining common areas and not only your used dishes. Friends ok to visit but not comfortable with one off strangers comming over and staying (too many bad experiences).

Students and travellers are also most welcome to apply.

No party's nor sleepovers for non tenants.

If all is great an extension is possible.
