A calm, spacious, clean and light filled home.
Please text me as I can't reply to messages on this platform. Both bedrooms available are light and airy, have ceiling fans, and spacious closets. Furnishings negotiable.

Good location, only 7mins walk to nearest bus stop and 3 mins drive to train station. Local foodstore only 7mins walk away and supermarkets like woolworths 5mins by car. Plenty of parks nearby and lovely walking trails. Cafes, takeaway, restaurants, schools are also nearby with easy access to universities and TAFE.

Rest of the home is fully furnished with plenty of space in lounge and dining with reverse cycle a/c and two fans, and a well sized kitchen. This 3 bedroom home has two toilets (one separate toilet, which will be for your sole use) with a bathtub to relax in + separate laundry area with washing machine. My office set up is in the lounge area but happy for flatmate to use the area as you please as long as you're relatively quiet during business hours (e.g. using headphones for music etc).

Plenty of off street parking available with a large spacious garden with wildlife that you're welcome to just enjoy or if keen, grow your own plants or help me. Under house storage area for shared use.
