Located in the front block of a boutique townhouse complex on a quiet residential street. Complex consists of mainly young couples and families; everyone is really friendly. The townhouse has a large front yard which has been renovated with grass and exposed concrete walkways and patio.

The lower level is living, dining and kitchen with a connected garage and laundry. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (one I have converted into a study), and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd bedroom is spacious and fits a queen bed and bedside tables, it includes built in wardrobe, AC, ceiling fan and balcony. There is also a bathroom that will be completely yours. The bedroom also comes partially furnished with a queen bed and mattress. Linen is not provided.

**The area is really close to the Kedron Brooke Bus Station, airport and Lutwyche shopping complex. It’s also only 6km into the city, so would be ideal for someone commuting to work. There are some local café’s and restaurants within walking distance or short drive.

Hi, I’m Cath, I’m 36 and will be the only other roommate. I purchased my townhouse 2.5 yrs ago and absolute love it!

I am a bit of a homebody and will likely be doing things around the house i.e. gardening. I also love a good wine and am a massive foodie, so will also be out a few nights/days trying new places. I have a close family, who love to visit, so you may bump into my mum/dad or sister from time to time. I also look after my mums dog once a month for a week. Harry is super friendly and social. He is hypoallergenic, as I am allergic to animal hair.
