I live in an older house in Greenslopes with great public transport and proximity to shops, unis and the city. It’s a 2 minute walk to the local coles or 5 to the IGA, and there's a fair few local cafes to choose from too. We are also is about 15 minutes to South Bank by drive or by the bus stop that’s straight across the road. Both UQ and Griffith Unis are about a 20 minute drive or about a half hour by public transport.
We’ve got appliances sorted - TV, kitchen stuff, washing machine, and we also have some storage space downstairs and a car space if you need it.
My two roommates have had to move out leaving 2 free rooms in the house. The current lease ends at the end of November when I will also move on, but I'm sure real estate would be happy for you to stay on if you need.
There's plenty of room for your own furniture too as the current roommates have a bit of stuff around they'll take with them.
I've uploaded the real estate images, but I can take some more photos for you if you'd like, just be aware some of the furniture will go when the current roommates move out.

G'day, I'm Tom, a 23 year old Bush Regenerator with an interest in conservation. I work full-time around Redland Bay and so throughout the week I'm usually just home in the arvos winding down from work - pottering around with my plants or being lazy in front of the computer. Most weekends I'm out of the house at my partners place, or trying to fit in something nature-y when I have some days free. At home I'm pretty relaxed, but like to keep things tidy and respectably clean. I'm always open to conversation or lending a hand with things if you ever need, but will generally keep to myself.
