Apartment is located in Stones Corner, where it is only a couple minutes walk to op shops, cafes, restaurants and an Aldi! There is a bus station a couple minutes walking distance and a 10 minute drive to get to the city! You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment has two balconies, one that is massive, with a clothesline! All household stuff is supplied; washing machine, dryer, fridge, dish drawer ect just bring your bedroom stuff and anything else you like! There is a garage downstairs if you have anything to store away

Home is available late September/ October until February. But real estate is open to another 6 month lease from February ☺️ looking for someone to ideally stay for until February ☺️

Hi!! I'm a 30 year old kindergarden teacher and I'm also starting up my own biz! ( working from home one day a week) which keeps me busy! When I'm not working I enjoy walking along the walking track by the apartment, op shopping, going out for coffee and catch up with friends.
