I am looking for a quiet, respectful person to share this well located flat in Greenslopes. You will have your own room to furnish and decorate as you like and you are welcome to add your personal touches to the shared living spaces.
There is air conditionong in the living area and 1 shared bathroom and there is everything you need to get cooking in the kitchen.
I am a very quiet, ND and easy to get along with guy who is just looking for someone to split the bills with in these crazy expensive times.
Wednesday is the furriest resident in this unit, and she is a bit of freeloader. She is still learning that biting hurts but she is very quiet and always cleans up after herself. You are welcome to bring your small furry friend to live here too (must be approved by real estate agent though).

12 month lease and must be approved by real estate agent and pay bond
