Note four weeks rent is required for bond and rent is to be paid two weeks in advance.

The bedroom Includes a queen size bed and side tables. New photos will be taken once the current tenant has moved out. You will need to supply your own linen but everything else is here.

You will have your own carapace however if this is not required I’m willing to negotiate the price.
