We have a lovely house in Hawthorne, close to cafes, restaurants and the bustling Oxford St in Bulimba.
Bedroom is fully furnished and has a queen bed, and built in robes, and the house has a deck with a small yard, nice kitchen, and a bbq. Your room will come with its own private bathroom. You will also have your own living area with a TV.
There is a Bus stop 50m down the road takes you into the city (230,232,235) and its a short drive to the Morningside train station and Hawthorne Ferry terminal.
Looking for like-minded people, who value keeping a clean space, up for a chat.
The landlord comes home 2/3 times a year for a week or two at a time. Currently one male 28 year old is living in there very clean and easy going guy.
