Hi all,

I have a beautiful freestanding home in a lovely Estate on the border of Clayfield/ Hendra. It's close to all forms of transport, 5 mins to the Airport and 7 ks from the city.

The home is spacious 2 bedroom, with lots of storage space, dishwasher, air con and all of the other nice to have details. It's a lovely quiet estate, with lots of of street parking, walk to the park and corner shops. I have 3 living spaces outside, for quiet time to yourself or for entertaining. The house is fully furnished, including the room for rent.
