Vibe & Rules:
- We are mindful of each others spheres & enjoy TV-free communal living, with then our personal media/ music consumption relatively unintrusive
- We keep things beautiful—no cleaning rosters needed, as we each take pride & care and organically do what needs to be done
- We’re respectful neighbours in a family-friendly area, so no daily/regular illegal drug use (including puffing greens—for the smoke stink‘eth greatly, and our neighbours have kids)
- Timely rent and bills are a must
