Description of the home
This house is a in a prime location in highgate hill with boundary street only being a 15 minute walk away and right next to a scenic lookout. The house itself is quite old but definitely has character. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan, and the living room does have an aircon. We have furnished most of the house so all you will need to bring is stuff for your bedroom. We do have a garage just enough space for one car however we use that for a couple motorcycles and storage. We are a pretty close house and enjoy doing things together, especially having a drink when we are all free.

Currently there are three of us living in the house, Jake, Jasper and myself (Leo) Jake (21) works full time throughout the week with professional sports, Jasper (24) works full time as a diesel mechanic and myself (22), I am a student who mostly works weekends. We are a pretty close household, we play a lot of games together, watch movies and just overall chill out and have a laugh. We would love someone to bring another dynamic to the house.
