I am 22 years old, and love travel, cooking and being active! I am a social person and love to have a chat over coffee (or wine/beer and cocktails)on the weekend but also love my privacy and space.
Since I am a full time student, most of the day I will be out of home at university (approximately 5am to early evening).
I spend a lot of my weekdays studying when I get home and am generally really busy, so you will have to be okay with being alone in the apartment or okay keeping to yourself when I have to study. I am also originally from a town 2 hours away from Brisbane, so some weekends I will be away visiting home.
I am a really easy-going person, and am flexible with living arrangements and style. However, I value a clean space and I would like for a flatmate/s to reflect this same value. I am keen to make the space a really warm and inviting space that you can feel at home. So, if you are interested don't hesitate to contact me and we can have a chat!
You will have to be okay spending time alone in the apartment, as I am away from home for generally long periods of time during the day, and when I am home during weekdays, most likely studying. However, I am always keen for a chat and trying out new brunch spots or bars on the weekends if you're keen also. Otherwise, I am happy living independently if that suits you more! I am super flexible and adaptable so this is something we can always discuss later to find what lifestyle suits us both!
Since the apartment will come unfurnished, you will either have to bring your own furniture for both the communal space (for us to share) and your master suite.
