The room is long and as plenty of space for a queen bed and a desk. The bathroom is shared, but as most of us live upstairs and use the upstairs bathroom, so the downstairs bathroom will be used by only you most of the time.

The house is a two story with two bathrooms and a decent kitchen, dining and living -community areas.
The house is in a good location, surrounded by families and older people and a five minute drive from indropilly shopping centre or Kenmore village, or we have 2 bus stops that are close by. The trains is about five minutes from us.
About three hundred metres south of the property there is a massive park with free gym equipment, great for a bit of light exercise or fun.
