Description of the home

We live in a duplex on Birchgrove Cr, Kallangur. It is close to the train station, and are close to various shops including Westfield north lakes. There is street parking available. Our bedroom (and ensuite) is downstairs, as well as the kitchen and main living space with the TV and an additional toilet. Upstairs includes a second living space, a bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms which are both available for rent (if you are interested in both let us know so we can negotiate a price).

We have spare mattress not being used which we are more than happy for you to use if needed.

Open to an earlier move in date if suggested.

About occupants
My partner Angus and I (27 years) recently purchased this home and moved in at the beginning of 2025. We are teachers who are out weekdays from 7-4pm and enjoy company, watching movies, going for walks and playing games. Our friendly 3 year old Labrador (Betty) shares our home both indoors and outdoors. Looking to make better use of the home as our bedroom is downstairs and upstairs is completely separate, and we only use this space on occasion for games nights with mates.

Betty is our happy 3 year old Labrador. She is friendly and spends most her time lounging on the couch or outside. Betty is very food driven and may steal the occasional sock so we need to be mindful of what is left laying around.
