Description of the home
This is a 3 bedroom duplex with aircon in both main living areas and all bedrooms. Upstairs is two available bedrooms and a shared bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs is the master bedroom we are staying in (with ensuite we use), and another communal toilet. There is a living space both upstairs and downstairs with a tv and couch at both :).
(Additional mutually agreed upon costs may be applied in summer months depending on the frequency you use the aircon.)

About occupants
Hello! Angus and I (Beth) are both teachers and are out weekdays 7:30-4ish. Outside of work we enjoy spending time chilling at home playing games or watching tv, or out exploring in nature with the dog. We are easy going and are always down for a chat, but also appreciate the need to unwind after a long day!

Description of pets
Betty is an energetic, but also very cuddly Labrador. She is outside while we are at work, but otherwise is inside and spends most her time sleeping on the couch. Betty is the occasional sock and tissue theif so we need to be mindful of things left around the house!
