Our current housemate is bidding farewell to join his GF, leaving the room available immediately or by month-end—flexibility is the name of the game.

The rent stands at $200 per week (excluding bills covering electricity, water, gas, and internet). The lease is secured until July, with a likelihood of extension.

Our home is ideal for someone seeking camaraderie and a sociable living environment. Bring your furry friend along, as long as they're pals with Reggie. For remote workers, the room doubles perfectly as an office space.

The house also boasts a large five-car carpark, perfect for multiple vehicles or guests' cars.

The expansive garage, currently used for storage and a well-stocked beer fridge, awaits your hobbies. The space has witnessed motorbike builds and car fixes before—it's all about space for creativity! The sizeable garden is a blank canvas for any green thumbs eager to cultivate.

Weekends are for adventures! Brendan and I frequent gigs and explore the numerous swimming spots in the area.

We would love a housemate that's Chill, friendly and doesn't mind if we drink/ have friends over on the weekend. Cleans after themselves like does the dishes. Neither Brendan nor I are super clean but we want someone who will vacuum, mop, and clean the bathroom and kitchen when it's their turn.
