Hey! My name's Rob, I'm a 36yr old male. I've just signed a lease and looking for a suitable roommate to take the second bedroom. Bedroom is a good size and fits a queen-sized bed (fold down bed/ desk in picture has been removed) and has a rear glass door for natural sunlight/ air, there's 2 x bathrooms, Aircon throughout, riverfront ground floor unit that walks straight onto the boardwalk with coffee shops and parks 200m up the boardwalk.
I have a beautiful 2yr old golden retriever named Tilly, who's the most affectionate and happy dog you'll ever meet - so dog peeps only please!
While I'm a sociable guy, I'm past my late-night party years (dabble here and there of course) and I run my own business so I'm not looking for someone that's going to be keeping me up late during the week, but I love having a wine, cooking and always keen for a chat/ laugh and the occasional bevs on the balcony!
Ideally looking for a roomie that's 25 - 40yrs old, male or female young professional.
I will have TV/ FRIDGE/APPLIANCES/ Couch etc etc, so just need your own furniture for the bedroom. (If you need a bed, I do have spares that could be organised for you).
I'd like a 3-6 month+ roomie, but of course if all goes well and I don't fall in love during that time (lol), up to 12 months would be no worries!
