About occupants
I work as a EPCM Project Consultant in the mining, oil & gas industries working infrequently interstate or overseas on short term engagements so tend to come and go a bit otherwise Im locked away in my room trading shares. I'm pretty quiet on the other side of clubbing and big nights but like social drink or pub and restaurants when suits, handy in the kitchen and tidy and clean about the place. Jaden (30) shares a room is self paced and works long hours six days a week, is sports minded, works out, social drinker, and tends to keep to himself that adds to the fairly relaxed vibe about the place.
Compatible people
We are looking for fully employed candidates financially secure, pays rent on time, contributes to maintaining the place regards to cleaning and tidyness with a flexible relaxed demeanour. Food preference and cooking are completely elective. Linen and towells are available but you may choose to bring your own bedding etc or bedroom furniture.
