Hello! We’re looking for one friendly, respectful woman to join our quiet and welcoming home in Kangaroo Point. Our house has a calm, relaxed vibe — perfect if you’re working or studying and want a clean, peaceful space to call your own.

THE ROOM: Private, fully furnished. Natural light, ceiling fan, comfy chair, desk and desk chair, wardrobe, and linen. Rent is $320/week including all utility bills + WiFi.

THE HOME: Women only, 3-bedroom share home. Lower level of a charming Queenslander. Shared bathroom, separate toilet. Separate dining room and lounge room. A small but well-equipped kitchen with washing machine. We offer a calm, welcoming environment with house rules, a cleaning roster and a minimum stay. It’s not a party house — ideal for those who need a peaceful home. No smoking. Two friendly dogs and 4 chickens/ hens in the backyard. Street parking only.

ABOUT US: You’d be sharing with two other friendly women on working holiday visas, tidy, easy going, and enjoying a harmonious, respectful home. Three friendly people live separately upstairs including the manager, who is accessible for assistance if required. We all share the washing machine downstairs.

LOCATION: We're in Kangaroo Point, near the corner of Bell & Rawlins Streets — close to everything! Easy access to buses (227 and 232), Gabba, QUT, Southbank, and city. Walk to shops, parks, cafes, gyms, river, and those iconic Kangaroo Point cliffs.
