I work from 2 days a week and the rest of the week - I am at my workplace.
The other tenant, is a male - who is a software engineer as well with full time job. He usually goes to the office every day, but comes back home early evening
He is very clean, easy to talk to kind of a person.

Not a party person since we all respect our personal space and boundaries ( but for sure - occasional get together’a with friends is open )
