I am a single woman with a 4 bedroom brick lowset home. Smoke & pet free.
I'm looking to rent Master bedroom room to a clean & tidy single person who needs a quiet place to relax after work.
Its not a party house.

1st bedroom is mine
2nd bedroom is used for work at home office 4 days a week
3rd bedroom is for another tenant
4th is the Master bedroom (available)

It would be a 2 week trial and then sign onto a negotiable lease. The trial period is a way of getting to know one another and to know if you like the place before committing to the lease.
