About your suite-

As you can see in the floor plan, there is a seperate master bedroom with ensuite and balcony on the top level of the home that will be for rent. This room has a double build in cupboard, reverse cycle air conditioning, private balcony, queen bed ensemble and desk with chair. The common areas include a lounge room and kitchen on the lower level that is shared and is completely fitted out with kitchen and dining wear including air fryer, coffee pod machine, rice cooker, convection oven, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery ect. The apartment complex also has a pool, sauna, gym, study space and large garden area with bbq and outdoor dinning. Heaps of restaurants and facilities attached to the building including a Woolworths, Asian grocer, discount store, pharmacy, pathology, GP and more. Public transport easily accessible- bus stops across from the lobby and QUT (2 streets over) and closest train station is herston (about 10 mins walk).

About the occupants
I’m Caitlin and I have a Maltese named Jaxon, and we are looking for our new roommate. I’m a nurse who works 12 hour shift work and studying a post graduate course for my specialisation, so looking for someone who can respect my sleep schedule and doesn’t mind Jaxon being home to keep you company while I’m at work. I’m a homebody mostly outside of work so like to keep the place clean and chill, not a party house, but would be down for a shared meals, chats or movies at the end of the day with my roommate 😊
Description of pets
Jaxon is a small 6kg Maltese. He is very friendly and loves to sit on your lap to collect pats while in the lounge room and loves to give you his toys to play tug of war and throw. He uses his doggy potty the main patio when I’m at work and will have access to the main floor. The gate at the bottom of the stairs will keep him from accessing your top level and the front door.
