The house is in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with genuinely lovely neighbours who say hello, keep an eye out, and make the street feel safe and settled. It’s also within walking distance to the Ferny Grove train line, which makes commuting simple. The train takes a maximum of thirty minutes to get into the city, and it’s much quicker if you’re driving. A massive new gym is opening just down the road in August, which will make it even more convenient if you like staying active.The house itself is a gem, with a brand‑new kitchen that’s perfect if you enjoy cooking, and polished wooden floors throughout that give everything a warm, fresh feel. There are four bedrooms in total, with three upstairs and one downstairs, as well as two bathrooms, including one shared and one ensuite. Outside, the backyard is spacious and ideal for relaxing, reading, having a cuppa in the sun, or using the BBQ on a warm afternoon.7
