The room in photos/in question is not currently organised. Im advertising to see if any interest comes up.
Available is an upstairs, furnished/ or unfirnished room(your discretion), in a secure, quiet complex(8 units only,i cant offer off street parking, park on the street)
The train station/buses are a 8min walk, and a bit further is a major shopping centre, either way seaside, a good 10min drive.
It is at the back of the complex, that i pay a mortgage on. I am the owner.
The room is big enough for single/ king single/ double bed, smallish wardrobe with a private balcony. I dont have air con/ceiling fans to offer in the room mentioned, but it has a nice seabreeze, balcony with morning sun.
Bring a pedestal fan..
Full use of a main bathroom(shower/separate bath) and separate toilet. It's a clean, older tidy unit, that I bought and own. I work full time,
