Looking for a house mate to share the house, there is one room of 3 empty atm. Your housemates will be employed full time, quiet, clean and respectful.

House is in excellent condition with large back deck and large yard, and is:

*5min walk from Lawnton Train station

*5min drive from shops (Bunnings, butcher, grocery store, chemist etc.)

*10min drive from Strathpine Shopping Center

Bedroom comes with a double bed, air con, and is lockable. Rest of the house is furnished as well.

Rent is $250 a week and utilities/all bills are $50 a week (NBN, electricity etc.) so total payable is $300 a week, paid fortnightly. Air con for the room is included in this price.

I want someone who is respectful, won’t damage the property, and will give 2 weeks notice when they want to move out. Because I don’t charge a bond, many people have taken advantage of me, so I’m looking for someone who won’t scam me. Just someone who is nice, normal, and won’t steal the furniture would be good.
