My name is Mia-sky, alongside my awesome house mate Callum.
We just got approved to rent a place just past Brisbane city.
We are offering one room, with a wardrobe to any one in need, whether you need a roof over your head, need to save money or just want to socialize and be around other people.
Rent is $600 per week, not including utilities just yet.
So as there will be three people paying rent, your payment will be $200 per week, not including utilities as we haven't moved into our new place yet and worked all that out. When we figure out power and water and other expenses, we will all split the cost as fairly as we can and communicate with one another, we also do not have internet right now, we will have to buy one later down the track.
We do have a dog and cat. Dennis is a rotty x husky, big personality and loves people. Ameila is very old and not doing so good, she is an indoor cat so please keep doors shut
As of food shopping, we both are more than happy to put in money together and do a big shop, as sharing is not a problem, unless you want something in particular just for yourself.
I am more than happy to cook everyday as long as you are happy with eating whatever, if not then you are more than welcome to cook for yourself (sharing house hold)
