I have two rooms available. The ideal arrangement is for a tenant or couple to rent both available rooms. Both rooms are spacious and include ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning. The air conditioning is available for use, although we generally use it sparingly as it can significantly increase power costs.
Having both rooms gives you excellent flexibility. The previous tenants were a couple who used one room as their bedroom and the second as a media room/home office, which worked extremely well. I'd love to find a similar arrangement again.
