Sharing a three bedroom house with myself and my 6 yr old son. There is also another male 45 yr who rents a room but is home maybe 3 nights a month. This is a big property and fairly decent sized house so naturally there is a few house hold chores like mowing, brushcutting etc. Im easy if you want to swap and trade jobs etc. I just need a bit of help from whoever moves in. Bathroom will be pretty well yours but i like baths and theres only one in that bathroom.
