Description of the home
Available room includes ceiling fan, large built in wardrobe, 5 draw chest of drawers, can supply single mattress if needed. Can also offer a portable A.C unit in the room if needed during the summer. Can be unfurnished if you have your own. Parking is on or off street. Also have double side gate access if you have or want to keep a trailer or caravan or something large safe. You will be sharing bathroom with one other quiet tenant.
The house has all mod cons like solar power to keep power bills low, the usual electrical stuff like a microwave, dryer for the rainy days, washing machine, 2x fridges, 1x tall freezer, gas cooking and hot water again save on power costs. There is a big patio area with a temp Gazebo (a permanent one is on the books) also have large back yard. Have Disney/Neflix and Prime if your keen for binge session :)
