Description of the home

I am the owner-occupier of this 3-br townhouse and really enjoy living here.
Despite the central location it is very quiet and I usually get woken by birds.
I have direct back-gate access to Kedron Brook walking/cycling tracks and am very close to major bus stations.
7min walk to Kedron Brook bus station
9min to Lutwyche bus station
1km walk to Wooloowin train station.
11min walk to Lutwyche shopping centre (Aldi, Coles and Woolworths).
4km to the RBWH.
2 blocks away from the airport tunnel entrance.
Lots of gyms close by.
3 levels (street, balcony, bedrooms)
3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, 1 ensuite, 1 powder room, 1 combined lounge/dining area/kitchen. 1 bedroom will remain spare for my use.
Large covered outdoor balcony (5 x 6m).
I use the only garage.

I am the only occupant, work 4 days/week in Brisbane.
I don't have kids but spend time with family and friends. I enjoy cooking and an occasional glass of nice wine.
I really like to stay fit and healthy and attend regular exercise sessions at a small local gym, and cycle/walk with friends regularly. My holidays are usually active ones with friends (treks etc).
I love being home but also love getting out and about often.
I'm a very friendly, happy and chatty person and enjoy meeting people from different cultural backgrounds. I've traveled and worked overseas and in Australia and consider myself very open-minded.

I am looking for someone who is preferably not around all the time, who is definitely not a couch potato. You might work away, study or go home on weekends. I would respect your privacy and would like the same in return, both of us understanding the importance of our own personal space. Saying that I enjoy coming home and occasionally sharing a meal, having a talk about the day or whatever. I want my home to feel like your home and to share most things.
There isn't any space for more furniture or kitchen things etc.
