Description of the home
4 bedroom house, you have a great kitchen with gas cooktop, outdoor area. I have a couch, fridge, TV, dining table and chairs as well as an outdoor BBQ. The 2nd fridge.will be shared fridge between yourself and the additional housemate. Internet will be provided but not included in the rent.
Both rooms are unfurnished with built in wardrobes and a ceiling fan included.
Close to public transport with the train just down the road which takes you straight into the city. Close to North Lakes shopping centre and Coles/Mango Hill Tavern. Modern and clean home.
The rooms are available from 29/4/24. We move in on the 27/4.
Rent will be split evenly across the housemates as well as bills. Bills will be: gas, electricity, water and internet.
Rent will be $220 until the 4th person moves in, it will then be reduced to $170/week.
An application will need to go through the real estate before you are able to move in. You will also need to contribute to the bond which is 4 weeks rent. The blue highlighted rooms are the ones available for rent.

We're both originally from Central QLD so tend to go up there a little bit.
